Why Syariah law is needed to establish peace and to create order, and yet in many Non Muslim countries ?

  • all around the world they can establish peace without enforcing though law like Syariah.

    It totally depends on the society attitude and not the law. Example Japan,Singapore, Australia, Switzerland and etc.


  • These are the orders of the top ten countries which i researched. These are the top ten countries with the lowest murder rate, you may draw your own conclusions.

    In the top ten countries for lowest murder rates, 7/10 of them are majority muslim countries. that 70% thats more than impressive.

    I tell you what you do the research and let me know what you find out...to be honest it would be interesting, i have always wanted to do this kind of research but have never had enough time.....see what you find out...but from my research this is what i found. Because in your question you state rape is more prevalent but you do not provide a source. So sources would be appreciated.

    I must tell you though that I was surprised to actually see that written because that is not the general arguement point tha many people use. The normal argument point is that well "muslim countries don't report rape" which is just a ridiculous allegation to make all on its own, because it is a statement which mean " I don't care what you say to me you are wrong".

    So muslim countries as a general rule do have a lower crime rate overall ESP those that have Shariah. because of the strict punishment which are associated with crimes.

    Check this website out on stats on rape. ITs an interesting read. wait for the clip kind of thing to load up. note that the average rape cases in the world are 0.1 per 1000 people. And then check the averages of the four LOWEST countries and take a note about those countries. You will know them of the top of your head

  • laws r made to be broken as many say.
    I don't think so It's not the society only but the laws of those countries that makes the society follow them. Singapore has very strick laws like if someone litters then they r fines I think $500 Singapori dollers, so does Japan every one has their own laws.
    Allah has made laws for the Muslims too & it is for our own benefits.
    I believe that The laws of law makers always has negative draw backs but the Law of Allah who is the creator & knower of everyone can never have mistakes.
    "Who has created the seven heavens one above another, you can see no faults in the creation of the most beneficent. Then look again can you see any rifts" ( Al Mulk, verse 3).

    But also many places around the world do not have peace. I live in U.S. and I would not say we have domestic peace here. We never know at any moment who is going to whip our a gun and start shooting randomly. And many treat each other abusively. I stay home a lot.


  • the laws reflect the culture of the state and it's people.. some states are more liberal than others. would a practising muslim fit in a state which is very liberal? the answer is no because the way of life is incompatible.
    the revolution of the laws goes hand in hand with the revolution of the people's way of life


  • currently there is no Sharia in any muslim state. it is not a law, it is voluntary rule .
