What is the link between Chelsea and Glasgow Rangers?
Why do they call themselves the blues brothers?
Is this political?Both strong C of E (protestant) links, both proud to be British, both the best teams in ther respective countries and both are class acts.
Chelsea and Rangers loyal.they both were blue shirtsThey both play in blue shirts.all boiled down to religion back in the day.
but thankfully we are in the 21st century now, and hopefully moving away from the religious aspect in sport. nope they both have a prodi background we r the peopleThey suck ***Yes it is political to a certain degree, Chelsea, Rangers and Linfield in Belfast are all known as the Blues brothers, the Link is that a large section of their fans are really Anti-Catholic and to some extent the Clubs where aswell, both Rangers and Linfield had a policy of not signing Catholics until the 80's and 90's respectively and some of their fans have never been back to watch their teams because of it. Because of FIFA's and UEFA's Anti-racist and Anti-sectarian campagin's, the clubs have done a lot of work to cut out the sectarianism.Gers/Chelsea/Linfield link. Basically sad small town people got nothing else in life to think about.
